The Institute is dedicated to assisting pastors & ministry leaders worldwide in achieving all of God’s mandates — to ensure that the ministry which they received in the Lord is fulfilled (Colossians 4:17).
The vision of the Institute is to:
• Conduct workshops, seminars, symposiums and forums for the purpose of instruction, brainstorming, envisioning & strategic planning.
• Provide individual executive coaching, counsel, vision facilitation and strategic planning.
• Establish a facility providing an environment of rest, refreshing, revitalization and revelation.
• Establish a facility providing a continual learning laboratory, utilizing instruction from experts in various ministry fields, state-of-the-art materials, and the dissemination of same.
• Conduct international “training missions” for ministry leaders & their leadership teams.
• Coordinate with Bible colleges to conduct courses in leadership training, administration, operations & skill development.
• Provide Biblically based training to secular chief executives & professional managers to draw them into ministry leadership positions.

FOUNDER & FACILITATOR
Dr. Dean R. Radtke, is a national and international vision facilitator, ministry and corporate counsel, and strategic planner. He is a leader in professional and personal performance coaching, advising pastors and ministry leaders worldwide, protecting their anointing, equipping and positioning them to be extraordinary leaders producing extraordinary results.
Dr. Radtke is the Founder & CEO of The Institute of Ministry Management & Leadership He has 30 years of senior corporate and ministry leadership and management experience — a lifetime of proven excellence with an exceptional record of results. Clients note his integrity of character, relational and motivational skills, conceptual thinking, teamwork and count him as a trusted confidant with widespread success. We are believing the New Year – 2010 will be amazing in God. As we lean not on our own understanding, we will see and have much more of Him.
2010 will be ultimate for each of us and we can start it off with the event of the year……Global 10~Ultimate CEO.
Last year was another amazing year for The Ministry Institute. The fruit yielded of changed lives and ministries, through your prayers, encouragement and giving has been exceptional again. We are giving God a steady compounding return (R.O.I.) on His ultimate investment of Himself and your obedience to Him.
Last year’s Global 09~Maximum CEO Event was a tremendous success with twelve nations and some twenty states represented. Three plus days of intensive foundational training……the products of which are now being produced. We had meaningful times of global fellowship which was greatly appreciated by the attendees.
This year the Global 10~Ultimate CEO Event is advanced training for both the CEO and the leaders. We just witnessed the home going of our treasured general in Christ…Dr. Oral Roberts, whom we heard say so many times, “The atmosphere of expectancy is the birthplace of miracles.” His obituary was laced with the risks in faith he took for God, many of which did not make sense or were not understandable.
God is not slowing down His work, nor His blessings. Do not lose out on the learnings and encouragement from Global 10~Ultimate CEO to be who you were meant to be.
